I've used OtterBox ever since getting my iPhone. Thanks to the case, I don't have a single scratch on my phone. And the lifetime warranty is something no other case company offers and is one of the many reasons why I'm sticking with OtterBox.

I am very satisfied with with the Otter Box.
It offers great protection for my phone.
My only problem was installing the clear plastic protective cover over the IPhone glass. I had air bubbles under it, consequently, I am not using it.

Love the product and protection, the inner white layer is terrible. It looked filthy about a week after I put it on the phone. It picks up dirt and colour from your jeans and it can not be wiped off.

Spent over an hour trying to get the case on straight to no avail. The screen cover peeled away after a couple days.

Case has saved my iphone from breaking so many times I can't keep count. The rubber hugs the face of the phone protecting it when it falls face down onto concrete (yes I have done that numerous times and the phone is fully protected) The rugged plastic corners fully protect the phone from shock and damage when the phone lands on a hard surface. I have replaced my OtterBox through the warranty program when the phone landed on concrete and the plastic corner cracked, but the phone remained unharmed. The Otterbox warranty program people were fantastic, process was quick and I had a new Otterbox at my doorstep in Canada in 2 days - now that is service! Whenever a new phone is purchased in our household, we promptly purchase an OtterBox case so that we never have to deal with damaged phones.
Pros: High quality, Durable, excellent warranty, great selection of colors
