I love my Otter Box phone case. I don't have an hour to spend writing about it, but here's my short list.
1. I love the pink color I chose.
2. I never lose my phone because it's so bright.
3. The quality is excellent, I love that it almost "bounces? when I accidentally drop it.
4. The price is reasonable.
5. The guarantee is iron-clad.
6. It's easy to clean.
7. My phone slipped right into the case with ease.
8. The company stands behind their product and makes it easy to return if there are problems with a fast turn around.
9. You can make a claim right online.

If you don't have one-GET ONE!!! This saved my iPhone from serious damage. Case was damaged though, spoke with customer service in Ft. Collins, Colorado. My new case arrived quicker I would have ever thought. The customer service they have is exceptional. This product well worth the money not only for quality but for the service they provide their customers.

I did not have a good experience with the first Commuter that I purchased. Otter was great about replacing it, no questions asked. So, we are going to give it another round. Hope this one lasts for more than 6 months.
Cons: Not durable

Poor instructions for installation of the screen saver. Hard shell fit over the rubber protector is uneven on the sides and can not be adjusted. One side fits nicely, the other is does not.
Pros: Durable
Cons: poor fit

I have been very happy with my OtterBox Commuter. I have dropped my iPhone numerous times and it has not sustained any damage thanks to the OtterBox. The one has a white silicon inner layer. This part started to warp over time and the tab to access the charging port began to chip away. I was very impressed that OtterBox stands behind their product with a warranty and sent me a new case. My only complaint is that the white silicon does get dirty and "stained" very easily and I have yet to find a good way to clean it.
