I bought this case for my iPhone before I had even bought the phone itself. I was expecting quality, as a nice chunk of change was dropped to buy the OtterBox. Within two months of having the case, it broke in three different places, and I finally conceded to get another for free from the company itself when it broke beyond use from taking it out of my pocket.
The new one was received and within two DAYS of owning it and never dropping it once, it broke again.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This case is definitely not worth any of it.
Pros: good customer service
Cons: Low quality, Not durable, too expensive
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought my first OtterBox for my phone. It worked great for a few months, but after a while I noticed a small crack at the bottom of the hard case. I sent in a warrantee claim, and customer support was prompt and helpful. I was able to get my Iphone protected in no time at all! Thanks guys!

Ordered a lifeproof cover, did not like it. I carry my phone in my pocket a lot, so like the slim fit and the smooth, hard surface. Has survived being dropped okay.
Pros: Durable, High quality, slim fit, still usable even cracked
Cons: bottom hard piece will break because it is thin.

All is good with the case except for the white part on the case. The white part of the case turns blue if you put it in your pocket. It would be great if they could come up with another base color other than white for a girls case.
