This is a great company. They stand behind their product. I have had the commuter otter box for about a year when the corner cracked - nothing happened to the phone. Wrote otter box and they replaced the case - the only question was take a picture of the damage. Nothing else!!

This is my third otterbox. I bought my first one based on a friends recommendation. First one broke where the sleep button is after dropping it on concrete from hip level. Took close to 2 weeks for the replacement to arrive. Second one broke at the charger port. Took 3 days to arrive!!! Otterbox has really stepped up customer service and product detail, such as the anti slip on the back of the box. I have kids and letting them "use the phone" on occasion doesn't stress me out knowing I'm "covered"

Great to have the protection of an Otterbox.
It slide in and out of my suit pant pocket, breast pocket and suit jacket pocket.
I've dropped my phone so many times and it has protected my phone each time.
A couple weakpoints in the frame has resulted in replacement but I received them within 48 of submitting. Great customer service when issues have occurred.

There is good news and bad news about this product. In terms of protection, this is an outstanding case. In fact, I had dropped my phone onto concrete about 10 minutes after installing the case and my phone was perfect! I was thrilled. In terms of installing and occassionally removing the case, best of luck. It's very difficult and not a snap on snap off installation. So, if you have to remove the cover to place the phone into a iHome or other thrid party product, this may not be the case for you. It becomes a real hassle. I just don't do it anymore. Protection cannot be beat.

Greatest case around! And, BEST customer service of any company around! Truly excellent customer support! I cracked my case after 6 months (because I dropped it more than a few times!), my phone was unscathed and not damaged in any way. Otterbox stood behind their product 110%. I quickly received a new one in the mail after a very easy and uncomplicated online process. Thank you for making a great product, for protecting my phone, and for your excellent customer service.
