Good Protection without the bulk of the Defender

I chose the Commuter case because I didn't like the bulkiness of the Defender, but still wanted to protect my iPhone 4S. I love that you can protect the headphone jack and charging ports from getting dirt in them. I had previously used the Speck brand, which is also a good case....but these don't offer the additional port protection. I learned the hard way to NOT purchase knock off's because they don't fit your phone properly and can cause it to malfunction. I did have a quality issue but Otterbox is replacing my case by just submitting some photos and giving them purchase date information. I had previously purchased the Teal and just recently purchased the lavandar and white. The colors are much prettier and vibrant than they
appear online. The teal isn't near as dark, but a little brighter. And the purple is also a little brighter. I would highly recommend Otterbox and will continue to purchase their cases for my iPhones.

Overall, I like the case. I was spoiled by having the top of the Otter line for my last phone. I like having the nice colors on this one, but I haven't really tested it for durability. My complaints are this....the instructions for installing the screen protector are really non-existent. On the bright side, your wonderful Amanda in customer service fixed me right up with two new ones to try. I did find a good site online with a video that helped me get the new one on. The guy used tape, and it worked great. The screen protector doesn't really fit the screen as well as it could, which makes it much harder to get in place. You should improve your directions and/or send a couple extras for thimble fingers like me to have on hand. As far as the case itself, I do not like the "dust cover" for the charging area...doesn't fit snugly enough. And the on off button on top is very hard to press down, at least for "old" hands. I actually cracked a fingernail in half trying to push the button in. It doesn't stick out far enough...or something. So there you have it. That's all she wrote. Otter on!

I Love my Otter box case for my iPhone 4s it keeps my phone feeling secure. It has enough of a lip that the screen won't hit the ground if it were to drop! Love all the color choices, wish i could mix and match the liners and hard plastic covers though

I have had several cases from Otterbox. Every case has been excellent quality, and has met my expectations.
The cases keep my phone clean and in tact, and have done so for years.
The colour options are varied. The access points are good quality and stand up to the test of time. The look and feel of the overall product is solid and light.
When I have encountered a problem with any of my cases I have been met with the most polite, receptive, and fastest customer service I have ever encountered.
One recommendation - Offering options for different varieties of screen protectors to be included with the case would be greatly appreciated. Currently only the glossy screen protectors are shipped with the cases.

I love the Otter box - I drop my phone more than anyone and the otterbox has proven time an time again to protect the phone. I dropped the phone so hard that the box broke but the phone was perfect! Otterbox even sent me a new box :)
