I love Otterbox and it is the only brand I trust to protect my technology, but I'm disappointed with this case because the white gets dirty so easily. I had a soft white case by a different brand, and it stayed bright white the whole time I had it (almost a year), but I've only had this case for a few weeks and the white is already very dingy and gross looking. I rarely put my phone in my pants pocket, so I know it isn't just rubbing off from my jeans. The material picks up dirt way too easily, and it looks especially bad paired with my white iphone. The whiteness of my phone just makes the case look even dirtier.

Cons: looks bad

I was sent a new otterbox case for free because my previous was getting very old and coming away from the phone...this new one is amazing! I love it! I feel like my phone is very protected and it is the perfect case because it isn't huge and bulky so it can fit into my pocket :) Thanks OtterBox!

I have dropped my phone so many times, it's embarrassing and it bounces, and it's been fine. When I did have a problem and the outside cracked Otterbox replaced it, no questions asked. I would recommend this case to anyone. I will buy one for my daughter's IPhone soon.

Love my otter box. I'm the kind who's always dropping things, and my phone has had more than its share of falls. With the otter box it hasn't gotten a scratch.
And the guarantee is the best part. I've sent 2 back already -- both after 10 or 11 months. Once the case cracked and the other time one of the flaps at the end broke off. I had a replacement within a week.

I really like the look of this case. However, the silicon is white and gets discolored quickly. I have tried to clean it with no improvement. I think this case is great protecting the phone, but never use white for silicon in the future please!

has snapped and cracked very easily, when taking it off and on btwn charging. We are on our third one which have been replaced under a great warranty program. Maybe the type of material/plastic needs to be changed?
