The case is great - I've dropped the phone several times and the phone itself has been fine.
HOWEVER - it's had to be replaced twice for cracks along the corners (below the home button). So the case itself didn't last but the replacement process was super fast and easy to do....
Having said that - am buying the same style of case for my new iphone so I guess it's not enough to deter me!
Pros: High quality
Cons: Not durable

I accidently dropped my brand new I phone 4S 3 weeks after purchase and smashed the Screen. Once it was replaced, I immediately bought an Otter Box Commuter Series Case, and I have never looked back. The case has protected the phone many times, AND when the case finally did crack, it was replaced without any problem. Thank you - I have told this story to many friends and always recommend the Otter Box

I bought the commuter cover to put on my iPhone. I am someone who is very careful with my phone and make sure that I take great care of it, but I found that the commuter cover broke after only about 2 months. I put it in my pocket and it caught the edge of my pocket and cracked. I wouldn't expect this to happen with this kind of use.

I love my pink dainty case. I have dropped my phone on several occasions as well as my 10 month old grandson taking it and throwing it. It has held up and not even a scratch on the glass or the cover. The only negative thing I could say is I wish the cover that wraps around the glass part of my phone was a little thinner but then again maybe it's made perfectly that size to protect my drops and grandson. AWESOME PRODUCT.... Save yourself money and time waiting on a replacement phone when u can have a case that has a lifetime warranty. My 1st case lasted more than 6 months before a small crack in the side (which was my fault) was covered 100 %
