While in Las Vegas I forgot my I-phone was in my pocket when I boarded the NYNY roller coaster. The staff found my I-phone and handed my phone which had come out of the Otter Box. I was afraid to look but my phone had survived with barely a scratch and the Otter Box had only a small broken piece at the bottom. I can't believe this product not only protected my phone so well but the product itself handled near catastrophic conditions. I will be an Otter Box customer for life. It's worth the money without a doubt.

Protection is good, phone slips onto pocket easily how ever the hard case over protective soft impact protector has broken twice near the charging adapter port, a high use area, then the case tends to slip off on putting it in and out of pocket

I like my outerbox it does protect my phone but wish I would not have got white it yellows and looks nasty and I cannot get it clean.

I bought an Otter case for my iPhone 4S. After several months a part of it got dry and cracked. i sent in a picture of my phone case and within a week I had a new case. Very easy service, very good company to deal with and a great product.

I dropped my telephone and my Otter Box cracked at the corner. My i-phone 4s survived unscathed, but the case cracked. The warranty process was extremely easy and a Otter Box replacement arrived within the week.

I love my pink Otterbox Commuter iPhone case. It is durable and protects the phone really well.
But what impressed me more was the Otterbox customer service. My case cracked and the online warranty claim was easy. I submitted a claim on Monday and had the new case in my mailbox by the Friday of that same week. Amazing!
