I bought an Otter box for my first ever Iphone and I love it! I dropped it on pavement on two separate occasions and it broke both times and both times they replaced the Otter box for free. The response time was very quick as was the delivery time. I could not be happier.
When I saw the price I was a bit worried because it was so high, but it has defiantly paid for itself 2x's over.
I will defiantly be buying my daughter an Otter box for her Ipod she is getting for Xmas.

I love everything about my otterbox! With kids its a must have because my phone get dropped on a regular basis. Without it I would have to replace my phone multiple times. The warranty is amazing. I had a small crack in the plastic, I sent them pictures They sent me a new one right away. Great company, great product!!!!

I had replaced by otterbox as it just didn't fit properly around the phone. I dropped my phone on the carpet and the otterbox broke at the bottom, so I have it taped to hold it together. I feel that it should not break from such a fall. I do not know where my original receipt is as it was replaced already. I have to purchase another one for my IPhone 4S but not sure what type to purchase.

It is good value for price. Nice colours and provides adequate protection. Dropped it into water once and managed to save the phone with quick retrieval. Rubber flaps tend to not press in completely once used for a bit. That is my only complaint. Great warranty service.

The design of this case is not very functional with my iHome. I had to take the case off in order to dock it, so I had to get an adapter to be able to use it.
