I do enjoy the security of having my phone in a case, but I have to remove the case when I want to place it in my radio (Docking Station) I am concerned it will get stretched out from removing it so much. First one cracked. Needed a replacement...and bam done! No run around just done! I like that! Thank you Otter Box

I'm on my third Otterbox commuter case in about six months. I'm not sure if I'm super tough on them or if they're not as durable as they should be, but the corners and thinner pieces keep cracking and breaking off.
Cons: Not durable

I have had my iPhone 4 for over 2 years now - my cases have saved this phone so many many times from accidental dropping. When my case took one hit too many and busted in 3 places, Otter box sent me a replacement. The replacement/guarantee experience was almost as easy as buying the 1st one! As a matter of fact, I just bought another Otter box for my corporate phone!

Living with my grandchildren poses a problem for my phone...dropping. Otterbox has saved my phone many times over. My girlfriend dropped my phone and the Otterbox broke...but my phone was safe. Now that is performance! I appreciated the quick warranty coverage and my new cover is beautiful.
