I was initially unaware that the warranty was so great on my Otterbox, until me step daughter informed me. Once I looked into it, it was an easy and pain less operation and my new case was delivered ASAP. I am very happy with the product and was always happy with it's performance. I am a phone dropper and the Otterbox has save me a lot of headaches. I am a believer.

I really love the otter box and what the company does to ensure that you are happy with your product and if not they make sure to do what they can to make you happier. With the Otter Box I have it has kept my phone safe, but its flaw is the liner color. I didnt think about it and now I wish I had but the white color gets dirty so easily it become a hassle because your cleaning it so often. It turns a brown color from your fingers or being in a bag. The over all design of the cover is great, easy to get off with no clips.

Great and durable iPhone case! Good quality and seems to be well makes except for the bottom plastic by the charging port and has broke on me 2 times. Otherwise good product!

I really enjoy my otter box. For the price I purchased it at I feel is some of the best money I spent. I love how you guys offer the life time warranty, and how easy it is to receive a new one. What I really like about the case is the size and protection. I feel like i can slide it into and out of my pocket with ease, thats very important to me. Also, i have dropped my iphone a few times and the case really works. The only negative thing i have to say about the case is for some reason the left side of my case doesnt seem to fit perfectly.

I recently submitted a warranty claim on my Otterbox Commuter case. Within two hours it was approved and in less than 24 hours a new case was shipped to me. Unfortunately there was a problem with the address (apt. # was not included on the shipping label) and the case was returned by the post office. I chatted online with an agent, explained what had happened and she immediately sent a new case with 2 day shipping!
The BEST customer service I have received in a VERY long time. Rock on Otters!!!
