Before I start, let me say I have the Defender case for a second phone and it is perfect and have had commuter cases for previous phones and loved them. However, this commuter case was hit with manufacture defects. The plastic hardshell would NOT lay flush with the phone and arched away from it resulting in a poor form fit. I submitted warranty claims and received numerous replacements and none fit right. I gave up. I even went to a local best buy and tried on 4-5 different commuter cases and the same issue persisted. Not sure what has happened during the production of the Iphone 4s case, but its missed. I wish I had one that worked!

Cons: Low quality, improper fit

This is a great case. It's stylish and fits the phone like a glove. I have two concerns. The flap on the bottom gets worn out from constantly charging the phone. I wish it was more durable. Two, the lighter color on the sides gets dirty fast from constantly touching.

Cons: rubber case gets dirty

This is the second replacement and it has not held up. Disappointed, thought with an OtterBox I would have the quality and not have to deal with replacement issues.

The two part case seems like a good idea, internal silicone case covered by a hardened plastic case however when my son dropped his iPhone both the case and the iPhone shattered.

I have had to go back to Otter 3 seperate times for a new case. This case is very weak and not worth the money. Even though Otter provides a warranty on the case, the trouble of having to take pictures each time and wait over a week has gotten to be very troubling.
