I had this case for a little over a year and was very disappointed when a small piece of it cracked off. I was getting all mad about it, complaining about how things aren't made well anymore, but when I contacted Otterbox customer service to help me with the problem, I was really surprised. They couldn't have been nicer... They were super efficient and got me a replacement within a few days... Wow, you don't see that everyday! I have a new respect for the company because it stands behind their products so well.

Cons: broke too soon

I love the case, it really protects the phone. What I don't like about it, is the part you have to open to put the charger in, I do think this is why my first on cracked, and my nephew has the same case and his broke in the same place. I think that part should just be left open

This is my second Otterbox, as my first one broke after about 9 months. To be totally fair, I am cruel to my phone, and I was so pleased with my Otterbox that I was willing to purchase another one.
