Great customer service. After a run-in with a boat trailer my Otter box was pretty crushed but the phone was intact!!! they replaced it right away happily. Then a week later, it ended up in the rain and sadly the Otter Box could not protect it from that - it has died .... guess I need to pay more attention to what the phone gets up to!!!! Now the Otter Box will have to be reassigned to a replacement!
Pros: High quality, Durable
Cons: not waterproof

I had bought the original otterbox a year ago and then ended up having a crack in it. I emailed the company and they sent me a new one with no hassles like most companies even ones that have lifetime warranties usually give you the run around but Otterbox has been wonderful. Thank you for all the great care. and products too! my family all use Otterbox.

The reason I say ok is because my son's case broke and I had to send it to out to get replaced. My case then cracked in the same spot as my son's. The customer service is great but his case is once again cracked on the same spot.

OB has replaced this case for me twice. It just doesn't hold up well. It is flimsy. Go with the meatier case. OB customer service cannot beat. That is for certain. I love these people. They always replace my broken cover for free and always will but I will eventually upgrade to a meatier OB case.

It was all going great. The case worked well and it protected well. I had a lot of trouble getting the case on and off because of the slits in the side. About 4-6 months after purchasing the case, the piece of plastic over the charger port cover broke in half when i took the case off. My sister's commuter cracked all over the back and over the charger cover. The same goes with my other relatives. I do not recommend this case for any iPhone due to its lack of durability.

I really like this phone case because it's not bulky. It's very durable considering how much abuse my phone gets thanks to my children. I really like the color too. I have the pink and white one and no my favorite color is not pink. Though if your a mom then you know all the stuff you have to lug around when you have little ones. Your bag is essentially a black hole and the bright pink and white phone stands out against the sea of stuff.
Pros: Durable, 1yr warranty
Cons: it got damaged from usage but got replacement
