If anything should go wrong with your Otterbox product, they have a very simple process of replacing the product. They truly stand by their product and I am one satisfied customer!

This was a replacement for another model of Otterbox I had. 1 side is slippery, the other has rubber, slide off of something, landed on carpet, and broke the screen.
