I purchased a 4s in early 2012 and immediately purchased an OtterBox as well. The OtterBox has protected my phone, even on hard surfaces like concrete, yet it does not interfere with the function of the phone. The touch screen is still appropriately sensitive, the size only slightly larger than the phone, and the color is great. I also like the material it is made of bc it cleans easily and keeps its shape. Best of all, OtterBox is backed by the best warranty ever. The company is easy to communicate with and responds quickly. I would not have an iPhone without an OtterBox!

I have wanted an Otter for some time. As soon as I was in a position that it made sense, I pulled the trigger.
Due solely to my anxiety over getting my new Otter setup, I rushed to putting it on. I know in my heart that if I had taken more time to understand the process, my experience would have been 1000% better.
Despite that, my Otter is the best. It creates the right profile, makes handling the phone so much better/easier and the protection goes unnoticed but is most certainly there.

Love this product! It has protected my phone against numerous drops over the two years I have had it. Unfortunately, I have had to contact customer service at least 5 times because the hard plastic shell near the charging port snapped. I can't complain though, because they've always sent me a complimentary replacement very promptly! I'm planning on getting a new phone, and will definitely stick with otter box.

I got a commuter case that I loved the color of, teal with dark teal, it broke at the charger port - the hard plastic broke and the silicone started to rip after pulling out the tab to charge everyday. The warranty is great but they didnt have the color I had originally purchased. The edges of the hard plastic are very rough making it uncomfortable to hold.

Cons: Low quality

My first one broke after almost one year- but Otterbox stands behind their products and replaced it! I love this case as it is not as big and bulky as he defender series. The ports are easily accessible as we'll! So glad I bought an Otterbox! This is a company that really backs their products, and that is something rare anymore !

I love my otter box case. It is not as big as the other Otter box I had. I did have trouble putting the clear front cover on it and it still has bubbles in it. I don't know if I could just buy the front cover. I do like the color and the slim case.

Case works a treat, have dropped the phone a bunch and its still in one piece. One thing they don't mention is you also get a screen protector when you buy the case. Can't fault it, has little flap things to cover the charging and headphone port, works great.

I have the commuter series when I upgraded from iPhone 3 to a 4S it was the first thing I bought. I dropped my phone from upstairs th hardwood floor below, it cracked the case but the phone was fine. Then otterbox replaced the case! It is definately a good investment!!!
