I am on my third replacement of the commuter series case. The case cracks and eventually breaks off in the same place every time. Otter box has consistently been polite and efficient in honoring the warranty and replacing the product with no hassle what so ever. This is customer service that I truly appreciate.

The outer plastic shell is a bit loose, which is a tad annoying. It makes it so the inner rubber shell doesn't quite fit snug enough. I suppose it is still much better than having no case at all though.

The commuter Otter box case was the first case I purchased after buy my IPhone 4s. I had dropped it in the pasture and didn't realize until later. Once I found it there was a little crack in the top corner and on the bottom. I had sent an email to Otter box explaining what happened and within 6 days my brand new case arrived at my doorstep! I definitely recommend Otter box to anyone looking for a new durable case, not to mention all of the nice colors they have!

I love having my phone protected and the extra sure 'gripping' it gives me. I'd love to give it 5*'s but seeing that it broke before I had it a year holds me back. The customer service was 5*'s for sure and getting a replacement at no charge was fantastic! Thank you!
