i really like the case, it protects very well, i have dropped my phone a few times and it protects. no cracks, the only thing i would change is the fact the white rubber gets dirty quick..

I got a new case after my case from 4 years ago broke due to wear and tear... and the design is a bit different. It's cool and sturdy, but the silicon is a lot more rigid and hard to work with, unlike my old one. The flap over the charger is stuck in a half-opened position. It's hard to pry it all the way open to fit in the charging chord, and it refuses to stay closed when it's charged. Otherwise, not a bad case.

Cons: stiff

Love the commuter case but does have weak areas at corners being as the hard plastic part is not a solid piece. The corner edges tend to catch & break. Good news is Otter stands behind their cases.

I like this case as far as the fit goes, but I realized when I got it that there is no screen protector. As far as customer service goes otter box would be number 1. I think that they are very nice and willing to work with you. I went from the defender series to this series and the only thing I would change would be protection of your screen. As far as thee little plastic thing that they send you with this case I had a hard time fitting it properly and it still leaves your screen open.
Pros: Durable
Cons: Low quality, no screen protection for your iphone
