I had trouble with the clear plastic cover for the front of the phone. I could not remove all the red plastic, by the time I was through fiddling around with the cover I ended up throwing it away. Other than that one flaw, I think this is the best cover for my iPhone I have purchased. I've had maybe four covers now and this is the best. I plan on upgrading my iPhone and plan on purchasing an OtterBox immediately to protect my phone.

Great protection for what it is. Looks good, serves the purpose it's designed to to... But the plastic tends to break a lot weather in my pocket at work (mind you I'm a mechanic) or by simply taking the case off my phone.

All I can say is WOW. I was so impressed with the ease and the speed of replacing my cracked Otter Box. It was just a little hard to figure out how to get a photo of the damaged one, but I figured it out and in three days I had my replacement. And not just the outer one that was broken, but a whole new one. Thank you so much Otter Box for standing behind your name and warranty. Love it.

This Otter Box has saved my phone on several occasions; however, it has broke in half once and I had to use the warranty to have it replaced.
My son has the same one except in camo and it has broken in the same place as well.
I think they do a great job they are just not that durable for the money spent.

It has saved my phone many times, if it wasn't for my case than my phone would be destroyed. The only problem I have is how the soft gel like part that goes on the phone deteriorates too easily, mainly in the spots where it covers plugins.

I love the way it protects if you drop it, at least on its back where it is the most protected. If you could find a way to seal the rubber on it would be wonderful as my cover is purple and white and it turns the color of my jeans as I carry it in the back pocket of my pants cause that is the safest place for it.
