My son & I both have this product & have had to have it replaced since purchasing original. My replacement is fine, I'm not sure how it cracked but I believe it may have been stepped on. Anyway my son's has cracked again, its cracked in the area of where the charger is inserted (i think). I believe this is happening due to the fact he has an I Home he uses to skype & listen to music but cannot do that with the otter box on the phone. While I think the otter box is a great product, its not really made to be removed all the time. I'm not sure otter box would replace again & I have not called, wondering if they make a case where you don't have to remove it to use I Home.???
Pros: Durable, keeps phone from cracking when dropped

I credit the Otterbox for an I-phone with an intact screen and case, that's an amazing feat considering all my acquaintances seem to be working with a cracked screen,

I love my new commuter. I change my case out frequently, not to match outfits but to match moods. I LOVE this new case, the size, the construction, the design!! The new Symmetry case is HOT! but I'm stuck with my iPhone 4S for a little while longer so I'll have to wait to upgrade my case too.

The Otterbox is the best and most durable iPhone case I have purchased. It lasted almost 2 years before it was damaged. Otterbox has an excellent warranty. When I sent pictures of the damage, customer service not only replied very quickly but I had a new case within a week. Excellent service! Will keep buying Otterbox products!
