I like many things about the Commuter. It's protective qualities for sure, and I like how streamlined it is and not bulky. My chief complaints are that I've had 2 that have cracked (the hard plastic part) and I hate how slippery it is! It needs some more 'grip'!

I just got a warranty replacement for the second Otter Box for one of my IPhone 4Ss. I also have another model Otter Box for my IPhone. Although this particular model of phone protector in question is sleek and works sell for my wife in her hand and how she carries it, there are a couple of problems with this particular model that I do not experience with my Otter Box that has a hard complete case with a rubber outer case. First of all, the case is not durable and has broken in two different locations on the box. Secondly, the screen protector is poorly designed and does not stay in place after it is used multiple times. It seems that the way the case wraps around the phone, causes the screen protector to pop up on the corner and then peels off. This particular box is a wrong choice for us and we are looking for an alternative that is not so bulky.

Cons: Low quality, Not durable, does not protect the screen
