Very with the product even tho the hard shell broke. Was glad Otter Box replaced it for free. Have dropped it several times and no harm. Perhaps brighter colors would help in to locate phone. Would never own a phone with out protective cover.

Best thing is when you drop phone it is well protected!!! only thing i do not like about the white color around the case is that it gets dirty easily

Purchased original case after Christmas, it broke within a month, sent a warranty replacement (which was very fast) but it broke in less than a month. Quality of this product has changed! Lifetime warranty has now become one year too!
Cons: Low quality, Not durable

I went through 3 of these cases in only about as many months. They all broke, two of them in the same spot, one wasn't far from the other spot. There is a very thin plastic "bar" that goes across the bottom by the charging port, this breaks so easily! I finally switched to the OtterBox Reflex case and I love it!
Cons: Low quality, Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The white silicone gets dirty very quickly. More like right away. Second case and continues to get dirty as soon as in contact with person.

I purchased an Otter Box in January By mid february the case broke down by the part that it needs to plug-in. They replaced the case quickly with no hassle.
Pros: High quality
Cons: hard to plug into a speaker base.
