I bought an OtterBox for my iPhone in the fall and at some point during the winter I dropped the phone on the ground. It landed on the edge and I was afraid that the screen would be broken from the impact. However the OtterBox did its job and the phone was completely intact. The OtterBox on the other hand suffered a crack on the outside plastic near the bottom.
Since the OttorBox has a 12 month guarantee I decided to see if I could get it fixed. I must say I was expecting a bit of a hassle getting things sorted (based on experiences from other online sites). However, I logged onto the website, followed the easy instructions on how to make a claim and I received a replacement in less than a week. No hassle at all! I was very impressed with the service!

I love this new color. The cover itself continues the continuing quality of this brand's products. I have used Otter box covers for many years when the heavier duty covers in black were the only option. My company phone has a black cover and I like having the option to distinguish my personal phone with this attractive new color.

the first one I bought lasted a year. the first replacement quality was not as good and lasted about a month. the second replacement lasted a week. Now I have to say, that the Service has been fantastic and Im sure that I can get this one replaced, but unless they can replace it with a differnt style, I will look at other covers. Sad, because I like otterbox.

I purchased an OtterBox almost a year ago. I had it for a while, and then I got a crack right at the bottom on the hard plastic. I filled out the needed forms for getting a new one (as it was under warranty). And within less than a week, I had a brand new OtterBox at my doorstep! Great product, fast shipping, and I didn't have to worry about the hassle of sending the old one back.
If there's one thing I love more than OtterBox's products, it's their customer service. I'm definitely pleased!
