I do enjoy a high quality product, but good customer service practices is the quickest way to gain my trust and endorsement. After my phone had fallen off my bedside table, breaking my OtterBox Communicator case for my iPhone 4S, I went to Twitter to thank them for protecting my phone so well. They replied with a link to a warranty form, which was a quick 1-2-3 process, and a week later I had a brand new case. No charge. I really appreciate OtterBox sparing us the unnecessary hoops that we all usually have to jump through to get things solved.
OtterBox for life!

I purchased an Otterbox last year when I got my i Phone. The case has worked well for me. A couple months ago I had a small piece break off on the bottom of the case. At the suggestion of my daughter I sent a message to Otterbox & within a week I had a new case. Great & easy customer service.

I have gone through about 6 broken otter box's this year. I constantly have to send in a photo to get a new one. It is frustrating, they need to fix the problem....

This case has been a lifesaver. Not only is it very fashionable but it has protected my phone through many drops (I'm kind of clumsy). The last drop landed right on the corner of the case and it finally broke-the corner hard part came off, but my phone was perfectly fine and OtterBox made it very easy to submit my warranty claim. I had a new case within the next week.

I think the Otterbox could be improved by providing an adapter which would put the charging port on the outside of the Otterbox. Taking the phone in and out of the Otterbox because it can't be connected to certain peripherals (iHome, speakers, etc.) may be where a lot of damage occurs as it is tricky getting the phone back into the silicone and hard cover. An adapter would prevent the need to remove the phone from the box in many instances.

Great case, gets dropped regularly! Love the teal - seems to look new longer. My last commuter dropped on the corner, after a few drops on cement, and finally cracked. But I'm impressed at how many times it took for it to finally break! So I'm on my second one and so far so good.
