After owning several other Otterbox cases for various different phones I was very unhappy with this particular case. I had only owned it for a few months and I dropped it once and it cracked and a piece of it actually broke off. I was so happy when told about the warranty. I filled out my warranty info and received another case that was already cracked and broken where the charger goes. It was right out of the box. So I did another warranty and got the one I have now. I hope it holds up. It has only been a few weeks and I haven't dropped it yet.. If I had known the commuter series was so poorly made I would have up graded to the defender.
Pros: good warranty
Cons: Low quality, Not durable

I love the color, but the white doesn't stay white for very long. I've tried everything to get it clean and it just won't stay white.. I like the style. Plan on getting one in black for my boyfriend.

Just want to say thanks to the otterbox team for great service....I was bummed when my otterbox case got a small crack a few months ago finally after being dropped countless times at work since I'm a police officer and constantly dropping my phone during work....the warranty program you guys have is the best iv ever dealt with....step by step directions and took a few pics of my broken case and bam a new one shows up at my door a few days later....it's rare to have a co. now days that stays by their word and makes everything as easy as possible for their customers....for that I thank y'all....so far the new case is holding up great even thought the punishment I put it through too...thanks again

I enjoy having my phone wrapped in a safecase, but i find it awkward to take it off the phone and clean it.
i wonder if there is a better design offered by otterbox.
i found the screen cover a bit tricky, laying it down straight and having no bubbles behind it, tough. i survived :P
i dislike that my case is part white in color, what was i thinking, shows the dirt real well.

This is my third or fourth of the same case. The thin strip of hard plastic above the charging port is to thin to withstand the opening of the port cover and the insertion of the charger. The case is fine for awhile then the plastic strip breaks. I will say getting the case replaced is an easy process.
Cons: Not durable
