This is the second Otterbox case I have received under warranty from Otterbox. Your customer service is fantastic, however, the quality of the product has disappointed me. The most recent case I received has broken( the plastic outer case) within 2 months of receiving it. In total I have had 3 Otterbox cases and all three have cracked. I always reassure myself that the Otterbox was the correct purchase for me because my iphone has never been damaged, however, I dont like dealing with sharp edges, or pieces that catch on my clothing from my Otterbox.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent protection but do not get white interior color, it doesn't hold up well. It looks dirty and u can't clean it.

Durable, easy to assemble and great warranty service.
This was a warranty replacement and the service was amazing. After putting through the order on a Sunday the replacement arrived 3 days later and we were kept informed when it was packaged and sent.

Case is nice and slim. Does not make the phone bulky. Never had any issues with damage to phone despite numerous drops. Warranty and customer service is excellent. Once the plastic corner got cracked, a replacement was shipped immediately at no charge.

Have had several otterbox products and they all perform well. Customer service is great. Had a hiccup getting stuff sent but they made it right. Tried to submit the claim on my iPad browser and it would not process properly. Had to call customer service to finish and have an email sent to finish. Considering this is a company that revolves around a mobile device business model, it should not be an issue to submit a claim through a very common device. Great protection for my phone and tablet.
