This case has done a lot to protect my phone, which has fallen a lot, and is in impressive shape after a year of abuse. Surprisingly to me, the most damage that has occurred to my case has been from everyday use. The rubber part of my case breaks continually. The parts that open to charge the phone and plug in headphones shred, and eventually I have to dig my fingernail into the rubber to open the case. After some time doing this, these always seem to fall off. Aside from this everyday damage, I am grateful for the protection this case offers.

Cons: Not durable

Nicely finished, fits (mostly) well, not too bulky. The only problem with it is the rubber seal around the top and right side. The rubber strip on top keeps working underneath the phone and the phone wants to work out of the cover in that corner. No matter how many times I try to refit it and pull the rubber out. The solid part doesn't lie flat on that side and maybe that's why it isn't fitting well.

I love the color and it is small enough, but not bulky. It's durable and protects my phone (I have the iphone 4s). Great product with a great price. My daughter has the iphone 5s and she got a case as well. She loves her too..and believe me she is picky. So, with that being said I would recommend this product to anyone....

The product itself is awesome. But it did develop a few cracks in the hard part of the case, nothing super serious that could jeopardize the phone. All I had to do was submit very little info and pictures of the broken case and Otterbox sent me a brand new case...NO CHARGE!

I've dropped my phone several times -- onto ceramic tile and pavement-- and the OtterBox protected it. A friend of mine dropped her phone, without an OtterBox case and her glass shattered. It cost her a lot more to replace the glass on her phone than I paid for my OtterBox case.
My only complaint is that I have the pink and white one .. And, although I love the color, the white rubbery part gets dirty very quickly. Other than that, I love the case!
