I absolutely love my otter box. In fact, I purchased one for my husband and daughter, as well. Cell phones are getting more and more expensive; it's great knowing the Otter Box protects it. The warranty is second to non. My case recently cracked somehow at the opening/charging location (perhaps the case needs to be designed a little thicker in this one location?!?). The warranty was simple to apply for; I simply uploaded a picture of the crack and a case was shipped to me the next day.
Pros: lightweight, warranty

This is an attractive, durable product, but like anything that gets daily wear and tear, it is not indestructible. But Otter Box stands behind its warranty and happily replaces their product at no charge if it does not hold up. The process is simple and efficient!

Love this product. It has protected my iPhone time and again. After about 9 moths or so the rubber case does loosen up a little. The weakest part of the case is at the bottom near where you plug in to charge. This is where the hard shell will tend to break over time.

as a perpetual 'phone dropper' i can assure that the otterbox line has something for everyone - i do not like bulky but require the protection and this was a great choice - we are a family of otterbox users (my husband's i-phone, i-pad and bought my brother his as a gift!!)
the return policy AND customer service are fantastic as well - mine need to be replaced (reminder: perpetual 'phone dropper') the process was easy, manageable AND fast!!! nothing but kudos for otterbox!!!
