The replacement case is fine so far. There is what I believe is a mold mark in the exact same place that my first one broke. It's on the bottom plastic bar left side above the charging plug port.
This one may never break there but you may want to take a look.

I was very disappointed when it cracked. I was very very impressed at how fast and easy it was to get it replaced. The customer service definately would make me purchase this product in the future and recommend it to family and friends.

I love this case, its not too clunky and it protects extremely well. After one year of having it, the rubber began to degrade. But, Otter box simply sent me a new one without an hassle. I highly recommend this product, it is affordable and practical.

I think that the otter box case is a good, strong case, but I don't like the white rubber liner. When I wear makeup, as many women do, it stains the white inner liner, and it won't come clean. I am a little embarrassed for anyone to see my phone, as it always looks dirty. The liner also stretched out, maybe because I clean it too often. I would never get another case with a light liner.

Purchasing an Otter Box is a really good idea. They stand behind their products. I had a case that did crack on me when my phone fell our of the truck. I called them and they explained what to do, and I received a new case in less then a week. I won't go with anything other than an Otter Box.

Bought my daughter an iphone for Christmas and wanted to make sure it would last. A friend of mine told me about the Otter Box and suggested I get it if I was getting her an iphone. I was a bit concerned about the price but it is worth it. We have not had any problems, the order shipped fast, online ordering is easy, color choices were good. Maybe they will come out with some new designs this year. Either way I would recommend that if you are getting or have an iphone get the Otter Box; especially if you bought it for a teen.
