I purchased a case for my sons phone through a retailer. When the glass broke 7 months later, I contacted the BodyGuardz website (which I had previously registered my product. Well, they sent me a new one within a few days, and I sent back the old, broken one in a regular envelope. They then let me know that they received the broken one. They were very prompt, professional, hassle free and fast!

For my iPhone 4 & 6 I have used BodyGuardz ~ It has literally saved my phone and my wallet!!! best investment Every! I just got a replacement and happened to drop my phone by accident today :((( Although super annoyed off about that ,It saved my phone once again... again! only the gals protector broke.

I broke my bodyguardz a few weeks ago. I logged in and ordered my replacement and it arrived in just a few short days. Peeled of old one, put on new one and sent old one in. Easy Peasy!
