I bought this screen protector and was certain I had spent too much. However 10 days after buying my new phone (and protector), I dropped my phone at the office. When I went to pick my phone up off my desk, I missed it and sent it flying off the edge where it flew across the cubicle and hit screen-first into the wheel of my coworker's chair. I cringed and flipped my phone over and my heart sunk when I saw the spidered crack lines across the screen. As I examined it closer, I realized it was only the protector. I was shocked. I ordered the replacement and true-to-the-instructions, the cracked protector came off with no trouble- and revealed a perfect screen below. The new one went on easy peasy and I am a customer for life.

I originally purchases the glass replacement almost 3 years ago. It protected my screen all this time. It only has a slight crack but the phone was intact. I will definitely buy this for future phones or devices.

Got my glass cover when I first got my phone and after 7 or 8 months dropped it and the screen cover cracked. Sent off for my free replacement and it was all so pleasant and efficient. What a great service.
