My wife purchased this product at the same time she ordered her phone. Unfortunately, the glass cracked when she inadvertently dropped her phone. The representative at the retail store where she purchased it suggested that she contact the manufacturer for a replacement, rather than buying from them. So, I did just that. I bought this when I purchased my I-phone 7, at the sales person's suggestion. So glad I did! I dropped my phone in the garage and found the crack on the screen. When I took it back to replace it .
