warms a cup of water much quicker than other microwaves I have had. Having a combo convection oven and microwave is very convenient. The kit to make it a built-in was easy to install.

So far I like this product although I haven't yet used the convection feature or the combination cooking. I do wish it had a numeric keypad and that some of the sensor cooking had foods where you could adjust portion sizes.

Stainless look is perfect for our kitchen. Microwave works well and is easy to use. We have not used the convection oven feature as of yet.

Over heats!

This combo came as our upgrade package in our new home. The microwaves functions as any other. The trim kit is cheap looking. Let's take more steel and wrap it around a box. Not a true built-in appliance. Look very cheap. The real problem is with the oven features. Because it isn't insulated like a standard oven (as explained by the GE repair man), the cabinets over heat. I can even touch the over head doors without gloves! A tech came out twice to verify the kit and trim where installed correctly. Yep! That is just the way it is! Horrible! I'm having this unit removed! Beside the damage to the cabinets over the years, it is NOT safe with kids too as the front of the oven is extremely hot to the touch (not warm like normal ovens)!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased microwave as part of an appliance package. The microwave works well, but the upper trim frame is too wide. We are unable to open/access our cabinet above this appliance. Checking with customer service to verify trim frame was installed correctly...

This unit is wonderful!!! We had it installed over the built in wall oven and it is a pretty pair!
I use it all the time. Love the convection for pizza, fries, rolls, on & on. Still getting used to all the features.
