Superb and Elegant!

I cannot say enough good about this awesome microwave convection oven. So many things can be baked in a smaller space than a full-sized oven, and this charmer does it all in record time. By using this convection oven, we don't heat up the house, and things cook faster too. GE has a winner with this one, and the price is good too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Start button does not start

This is very expensive product I bought in 2014 and it stopped running after just 6 yrs.
After pressing start button is says "can not stop while cooking" well I have to press start to begin cooking process in the first place and then I let it do and after a while it says SENSOR ERROR

Trim kit is NOT optional!

We bought this microwave when we remodeled our kitchen. Turns out that you cannot install it in a cabinet without the trim kit, which is in fact more of a ventilation system. We had issues with the control panel steaming up underneath the glass, tried raising the microwave up, then had issues with steam getting on the cabinet above the microwave. Our cabinet is not deep enough for the trim kit so now we are looking for a different microwave. Also, the trim kit costs almost 50% of the microwave! Ouch!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Convenient second oven

the timing is set in increments of 15 seconds ONLY. if you want to microwave something for 1 min. 10 seconds, you have to stand there and manually turn it off after that time.

Good except exhaust capability

We like the look of this unit and the features. However, it's exhaust is poor. Rated at 300cfm even on high speeds, it cannot vent smoke/odor from two eggs and 4 pieces of bacon. This is a small task and this vent cannot do it. We are very frustrated.
