I love the key pad and ease of operation. Easily understandable and programmable. Quick selections (like "Popcorn") are excellent. It is great for warming, cooking, reheating, and defrosting. Great machine!

Having always purchased lower end microwaves, this one is a big upgrade. Love the stainless steel interior. It vents well and the inside doesn't get all wet and steamy. I haven't used convection ovens before and have only used the convection feature once on this unit but anticipate that it will be handy during holidays when multiple dishes are being baked. It looks great with the trim kit.

Perfect Size

We needed to replace a microwave convection oven. This is the perfect size for the replacement. We have only had it a week but it seems to perform well. I prefer the knob to control the convection heat. The heat increments are more precise than the microwave convection that we replaced. I hope it works for many years to come and I will be very pleased.

Didn't even last 2 years!! The clock counts down, but the microwave doesn't turn on!
