The best slow cooker I’ve owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Elite Platinum - Elite Platinum 8.5Qt. Stainless Steel Digital Slow Cooker makes it possible to cook meals at home without standing over the stove or even being confined to the kitchen. I like that I don’t have to use any cooking oil with whatever dish I’m preparing in this slow cooker and so far everything has tasted amazing, juicy and tender. This beautiful stainless steel digital slow cooker has high, low and warm settings but they aren’t preset, once you set it on high, low or warm you can adjust the temperature within that range. I really like being able to start dinner when I leave for work and able to serve dinner when I get home from working without having to cook a big dinner. One of my favorite things about this slow cooker is cleaning up, cleanup is a breeze with being able to take the stoneware pot out and put in the dishwasher along with the lid or you can easily wash them in the sink with warm soapy dish water. I would highly recommend this product.

I like the digital interface it looked nice and worked well! I really liked the weight of the slow cooker too and it worked well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not a fancy slow cooker. It does the job, but it lacks many of the bells and whistles that would make it really a preferred addition to your kitchen. There is no programmable timer, steam vent, or locking lid for travel. The best feature of the crock pot is the depth, it's great for larger roasts or other things that need more space.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for cooking large roasts!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the size of this Elite Gourmet Slow Cooker. The crockpot I have is too small for cooking a roast. This 8.5 qt size is great for cooking roasts, my homemade chilli and soups! It has three heat settings, with a warm setting that's great for keeping cooked foods warm. I really like that the crock pot is removable and dishwasher safe. So much easier to clean! The tempered glass lid is nice for checking on your foods without having to lift the lid.
This is going to get a lot of use in our home!

Slow Cooker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the size of this. It let's you make a lot of food at once. It's so much bigger than what I normally use. When down I turned to warm and it stayed nice and warm for several hours. This is a must have for larger quantities

This is a great product, cooks anything you would like to put in there, it all taste great. The pot that you put meats etc in there lifts out so you can set it on the table and you get what you like taken out of there. Also that's awesome since that does come out ot will be so much better to wash it. I will recommend this product to family and friends.

Large crockpot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a small crockpot and was happy to get this larger slow cooker. We wanted some beef and broccoli for dinner so I decided to try out the new slow cooker. It held a lot of food and still had room for more. The meat came out very tender as well as the vegetables. I like that one of the setting options is warm which kept the food warm until ready to serve it. There is also a high and low setting. There is no steam vent in the lid but so far that has not been an issue. Also the outside of the cooker gets very hot so I moved it from my counter and put it on my stove. It has a removable pot for easy clean up which is also dishwasher safe. We love crockpot meals because they are so easy and the large pot will make it easier to prepare larger meals. I can see this being used often in our home. I would have given this a 5 rating but gave it a 4 rating instead because of how hot the outside gets.
