GREAT FEATURES

I spent some time comparing the galaxy Tab II to other devices. For ease of use and value received, there is no comparison. It is easy to add memory to the Galaxy but with some others, you have to insert an awkward adapter that could easily break off. That alone led me to decide on the Galaxy Tab II. Also, I have a Droid phone that can act as a hot spot. I did not need built-in data phone communication.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, memory

Regret it is only directly compatible with Samsung Wi-Fi printers. Otherwise use printing apps.

size is just right. a little puzzling at first to set up but once started, set-up was easily accomplished. have only been using several weeks, but so far it is all i had hoped for. i am looking forward to find out all of its features and functions.

Top Consideration instead of an iPad

I have been using my Galaxy fo rover three months now. It is running 4.04 and I have had absolutely no issues with it. It is fast, easy to carry around, great battery life (I have been getting over 10hrs per charge); the wireless is fast and connects easily. The applications work very well and even the speakers sound remarkably good for such a thin device. I highly recommend you look, touch, feel the Galaxy before deciding on an iPad (or any other pads).

Love the front and back camera. Wish the charge/usb outlet was on side so adapter could be used when the unit is in a stand. Less expensive than ipad but seems to be just as good quality.

This is a great tablet

I enjoy the tablet but I am new to this and do not know anything about using the tablet. If you are not experience in the use of a computer it is a little hard to understand how it works. I like the tablet and use it right now only for games and books and word searches and thought it would suit my needs as to using it when traveling in a car instead of carrying my laptop. The performance seems to be good but I have had a few problems with a pop-up saying I am not connected but I am not using the internet for what I am doing. Also I have a problem with the camera because the button is on the bottom, every time I go to pick it up, I must hit the button and it takes a picture which is a little annoying. Overall I do like the tablet .
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight, slim design
Cons: not liking the camera button
