Needs stronger WiFi otherwise great tablet

Its not an ipad but what it does makes it better.

I received mine as a gift from my wife, I was even asked if I wanted a ipad 2 or some other tablet. I dont want to do heavy computing with a tablet and I also wanted it for entertainment.
Its not as fast as the othe pad but it plays movies well even the speakers sound good. Games play very well on it I have run across some that are laggy but there are 1000's to choose from. Wi-Fi is fast and surfing is fun again.I love the samsung products not always perfect but they have all the things i want in phone and tabs.
They need to do updates more and fix known bugs.
I would be lost without it now though.

Great design, great picture, awesome sound, this is a great product I have seen other tabs and the galaxy tab 2 10.1 out beats them all by a mile.

I am disappointed with the camera

I bought my tab around 10 days back and I found that the photographs which I had taken with the back camera is not giving full images on the screen, when I take the pictures in the high resolution mode, the images are partially coming on the screen, and the rest of the area is grey. (But the inset photos is showing the full image).
I brought the tab (Tab 2 10.1 16 GB) from Jeddah,Saudi Arabia.
Please suggest me some rectification to this problem.

Love this tablet

This is a great device, the size in perfect and it feels both sturdy and lightweight. I think my speed con is a reflection of the lag time in response, it's especially noticeable when switching home screens. I hope the upgrade to jelly bean will fix this thus making this device nearly perfect. We still need more apps that are designed specifically for android tablets.

I have the first one also and every thing that I wished the previous one had this one does have. It is like someone was listening to my thoughts. I wanted an sd card slot for additional memory and I got it, I wanted an IR blaster and it is there. Way to go, keep up the improvements.

First 10" tab

I received this tab as a fathers day gift. I haven't put it down since then. It took some learning and getting what i want where i want it.. The design was well thought out and the camera could have been better over all. I plan on getting the note 2 also.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: it feels heavy in one hand
