Product Sucks since Android 4.2.2 update

Was happy with Tab until the Android 4.2.2 update. Now the Tab will not power down and as a result, the battery life is hindered. I noticed that this is a problem for a lot of folks and Samsung is claiming it's an Android problem and they can't do anything about it. That's ridiculous. Are there not enough smart engineers at Samsung to come up with a fix or at least a work-around? Also, am not able to do firmware updates; another common problem. Am very disappointed and would not recommend this product to anyone until problems are fixed.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, issues with 4.2.2
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As a professional photographer I have found it hard to take samples of my work wherever I go, but with my Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 I am able to take them everywhere and still be able to show the quality of my work without losing any of the integrity. I am pleased with the easy and function of this tablet. Thank you Samsung for this!

This tablet has gotten better now as a remote control with my BD player and Smar Tv.

I love my new Galaxy Tab. It replaced a popular competitor's tablet. It does everything. The colors are fantastic, the camera takes great shots and I take it everywhere.
