I purchased my Tab 2 about a month ago. My plan is to use it for teaching lesson plans, reading and school (primarily). So far, I believe I made the best choice for the money and all the apps seem to work as I desire.
I would recommend this to others as a good by versus some of the other tablets out there.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight

I have never used one of these before and I am technically challenged.
I am learning how to use the apps and put in various features.
The help I have received from the instruction books and just touching different app screens has been great.

My Samsung Tablet

I have the 10.1 size. It's a great size alternative to a laptop only more convince. I haven't had it long. I'm still trying to learn. My only other experience was my Kindle Fire. They are similar in some ways, but totally different in many others. It's very easy to get spoiled!!

yes it need further uplifts in future, at the moment worth to buy. portability and light weight is the main feature for me, can be easily used by kids & elders as well.

Cons: problem in copying data to ext sd card from pc

Better off betting the Note 10.1 . Tab-2 was very laggy. Just overall slow. Good price but slow.

Cons: Did not meet expectations

I really love the way I can mess with the kids and change the channel on my TV from cartoons to Football. Then back to my book...
