It is a true competitor in its class, better than the predecessor (i2) of it's number one competition "TNi", the only thing that I don't like about it is the low quality of the camera.
It looks good and gets done what you need it to. Not a flashy over the top tablet but comes with the features you'd expect. Battery life is pretty good. I feel like i got a good value for my buck but dont feel like i have the latest and greatest. a bit disappointed though that it doesn't come with NFC. would be nice if my phone and tab could exchange data by means of NFC.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, android ics
Cons: no nfc
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've bought the tablet for 2 weeks now. Display is wonderful and there are many great apps on google play. I mainly use this on my bed when I wake up in the morning. Personally, I think it's a bit too heavy for such use, as I often felt neck or wrist sore after some long hours of use. I'd recommend a smaller size (like the 7") if you want to use it for a long time in bed.
I love the front stereo speakers, as well as the automatic brightness adjustment of the tablet. I use it about 5-6 hours before recharging.
Some of my apps (google talk and etc) crash when my battery was rather low (~25% or something) while I had an SD-card with tonnes of stuff in. I factory-resetted it and it took 10 mins. The tablet is as new right now and hopefully nothing will crash again (they haven't yet).
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the ease in which I had it set up to my liking. In no time I was on FB and checking my emails and playing games. It is a wondeful gadget and I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!! Two things I would like to see is automatic fill in for my email address (has it for name, addy, email but NOT just for email.) The second thing is more documentation. I don't know how to access my scandisk data on the tab or how to open items I have downloaded.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: not enough documentation
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have the first and second Galaxy Tab. I love them both! They are super fast and have great battery life. The features are great, I only wish the parental controls were better.. My son (12) got my first gen tab when I bought the 2 and I have to say there needs to be parental control on the wifi and playstore..
I love my new 10.1 Galaxy Tab 2. It is easy to use and the graphics on it are amazing. Videos on the Tab 2 are better than on my TV. I really enjoy being able to check out all the apps that are available for it. There are so many features on this device that I am still learning everything it can do. I would definitely recommend this to a friend or family member.
This tablet is a lot better performance and quality than I had expected. I had reviewed a lot of reviews from buyers about all tablets I was studying and found the Samsung Galaxy Tab2 to be rated highest overall. Was very surprised to find out that the stylus should not be used on the screen of one. Otherwise, it works and looks great. After my career as a largeframe computer Programmer/Analyst, I am always trying something new in the computer field.
