Quiet machine with great features

I have owned this machine for a few weeks now, and have been thrilled with its performance. It is far quieter and does a much better job than my previous unit.I find that the target clean feature works great for getting off the baked on crud from some of my glassware. I didn't even realize that I had that until I read through the manual.I also really like the adjustable (and removable) top shelf. This gives me space to wash some items that I could never fit before.So far, I have no complaints. It was easy to install and washes dishes well. There's not much more that I could ask for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had this machine for 2 weeks. It is a very quiet machine and gets the dishes very clean. Hopefully it will remain so 10 years from now.

Beat expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, be it known I never give a 4 star rating - nothing is perfect. I am very happy with the dishwasher. It has great loading capacity and flexibility; it has just the right cycles for my situations (in fact I find the 1 hour wash does the job most of the time); the targeted wash option has proven handy after an event in which I had a couple of "stuck-food" casseroles; and it is very quiet. So far, I love this machine!

A constant battle with the lower basket

We thought the silverware basket being on the door was a space saving feature but if we don't give the door a little push down the bottom back hangs up on it when pulled out and then comes off the track and snags on the utensils, it's a constant battle. Also food particles are trapped behind the basket.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
