Nice dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the looks and features of this dishwasher! I was worried that this water and energy saving unit wouldn't clean as good as my old school dishwasher, but I was pleasantly surprised, this cleans better! It does take a bit longer to run a cycle, about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. We run ours in the evening before bed so not an issue for us.Very quiet, can't here it running unless you are standing near it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quietly beautiful

I LOVE my new dishwasher! At first I did have some drying issues that have been reviewed by others, but I realized that was only because all of the things I was washing were plastic. A mixture of items, or glass/metal objects only, does not produce the same issues with not drying completely. The quietness and beautiful cleaning job this dishwasher does has made me proud of my purchasing decision!

Very quiet, excellent cleaning

The construction quality is high. The sound level is very quiet, as advertised. The interior looks really nice (racks, steel tub). It cleans dishes thoroughly.I miss having a hand-actuated close latch. The close works well, I just miss the sense of security I felt knowing that someone would need to squeeze the button first in order to open the door, not just pull.The slots in the utensil rack are very narrow and don't adequately fit the ends of my forks and spoons (my two previous washers did). Lastly, when opening a clean dish washer, the top rack sometimes catches on the rinsing aid fill cover, causing it to spring open. No harm done, but the cover design should have been lower profile to avoid this.

We've had our dishwasher several weeks. Mstly we like it. We have the steel interior and the installers told us SaniRinse would keep it from smelling after it is run, but it doesn't work. We use Heated Dry and it doesn't smell. We'll see what happens to the electric bill. Our biggest complaint is that it doesn't load in the most efficient manner on the top rack

I love my new Whirlpool Gold dishwasher, it is very quiet and has many great features for different cycles. It has plenty of room and gives you the ability to raise upper basket for taller items on the bottom basket. All of my appliances are Whirlpool products and they are all "Made in America" which is VERY important to me.
I would recommend this to a friend!
