Very Quiet!

So very Quiet compared to our old dishwasher. Have to be very close to hear if it is running. Just sounds like some water splashing around. Our old one could be heard in next room. Have only used it a couple of times, but it cleans everything in it excellent. Silverware basket could be twice as thick as it is limited in how much silverware it will hold.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sparkling Clean Dishes and Quiet Operation

We bought this dishwasher because of the Whirlpool quality we know. Over the years we have replaced our appliances with Whirlpool. It seems that other brands we used to purchase have diminished in their quality and customer service.This dishwasher gets results, dishes as clean as a goldfish in gasoline and whisper quiet operation. The choice of features and cycles fit the bill for any size family. The unforseen bonus is the fact that my spouse won't let do the dishes anymore ! I don't load the dishwasher properly and can't seem to get the clean dishes stored away in the correct location. Some men will never learn!

Quiet running

This dishwasher is the quietest I've ever been around. We live in an open design home and barely hear it while it is running, even in the kitchen!! I would highly recommend this dishwasher to my friends!!

Great Features

I purchased this dishwasher because I always buy Whirlpool appliances, and this model was their quietest. I can talk on the phone, without turning the dishwasher off. It has a timed delayed, and very easy to use control panel. The controls are on the front, which I like since I can see where I am in the cycle. Lots of room inside, since the tableware is stored on the door. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Incredibly quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced a Whirlpool that I owned for many years. I really liked that dishwasher, and did several repairs on it myself. When the control panel gave out, I decided to replace the whole unit. One of the things I liked about it was it was so quiet. The new one is even quieter. It is so quiet, I sometimes find myself checking the panel because I don't hear it running.The feature I like most is its smart mode. I have a clothes washer with the same sort of feature, and this saves me both water and energy. Quite a bit. Something about having low utility bills is just appealing to me, in addition to doing my share to help conserve our limited resources.This model has many other modes, so if my needs change (for example, I need to wash a big load as fast as possible) it can handle the changes with just a few button taps.One thing I miss is the accessory tray that goes over one side of the bottom rack. I can't seem to find an aftermarket version, but will keep looking.Given that this is a Whirlpool, I expect to have it for well over a decade. Whirlpool just makes good stuff, so I look for their offerings first when replacing an appliance. In this case, I didn't even consider the competition (if you want to call it that).

Very Satified!

After doing some lengthy online and in-store shopping, in March we purchased our Whirlpool Gold dishwasher and are very happy with its performance thus far.The unit is unbelievably quiet and our dishes come out clean and sparkling every wash. My dishes are always completely dry although there is some condensation on the interior. I either wipe it down or leave the door ajar and in several minutes it disappears. Unlike my old washer, I like the utensil drawer on the door as that leaves more room for dishes/pots in the tray. I love my new dishwasher and am very satisfied with our purchase of this unit.

Recently bought a new home and needed to replace the dishwasher. It looks nice! It cleans well. The cycle does take longer, I'm told, because it is energy efficient.
