bought it 2 months ago, getting use to features, unit holds more, lots of nice rack adjustments for kettles pans etc.

Best Dishwasher I've Ever Owned!

This dishwasher is by far the most quiet and best-cleaning dishwasher I've ever owned. You can put plastic cups in the bottom and they don't get flipped around. All my dishes come out clean every time. I love the stainless steel interior, adjustable top rack and super-quiet operation. With our old dishwasher, you couldn't even carry on a conversation in the dining room that's adjoining our kitchen because of the noise. With this one, you can whisper right beside it and hear every word.If I had a criticism about this model, it would be the placement of the silverware tray in relationship to the detergent dispenser. I've found I can't put any silverware in the basket that's near the dispenser, or the dispenser door won't open. I'm also not crazy about it taking 4 hours and 19 minutes to wash a load of dishes, but they come out clean every time. All in all, I love this dishwasher. Since buying it a few months back, I've really enjoyed all of its features. In fact, we're buying a new house and while I'm leaving all my other appliances - I'm not leaving this one! :)

So Quiet!

The first time we ran it, my husband and I each got down to listen to see if it was even running! Very quiet! Love the adjustable levels on the racks and different position options for the cutlery tray.

Good look, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it to replace a Frigidaire dishwasher that was in place when I bought our new house. I wanted a Whirl pool because of the basket for ustensils that take place inthe door, it gives more space to place dishes.Just one thing....plastic baskets always remains wet so ustensils have to be wipe off :-(

We bought our Whirlpool dishwasher a couple of weeks ago, to replace a 20-something year old model of another brand. We've been very pleased with the new machine. It's so quiet, top rack easily adjusts, and it works very well.

Quiet is not always best

Replaced a Whirlpool with this Whirlpool and wish I had the old one back. New model does not clean as well as the 14 year old unit it replaced. Specifications say it saves water but in saving water and running longer it fails to do as well as the old unit. Bottom rack slips out of the track if not pushed in carefully, silverware will catch the bottom rack if forks turn in the rack. To many little things that take away from the overall good quality of Whirlpool.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
