Poor quality control

It took the delivery of 4 units before I got one that was not damaged or failed to operate. The first unit would not work. The next two units had physical damage that was obviously from the factory since the outside cardboard cartons showed no damage whatsoever. The forth unit worked perfectly and was in good shape.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Would recommend to anyone needing a dishwasher. I had the same model, minus stainless steal inside for over 15 years with no problem. Hoping this one lasts that long.

Bad purchase

Didn't work from day one, the. Motor was no good, then the motor converter or shaft was broken, I will never purchase whirlpool appliances again, was installed about a month ago just now was repaired, I think whirlpool should have just gave me a new dishwasher and free installation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quiet Run

Bought right before Christmas. Runs quietly, cleans well, doesn't dry dishes completely on the 1 hour cycle

This dishwasher is by far the quietist one I have ever owned! It loads well, fits a lot of dishes and does a great job. I would say the only drawback is the length of the basic cycle. 3:41 min seems like a long time so I run it at night before bed.

Nice Dishwasher -

Purchased this dishwasher for our office. We did not like the silverware tray attached to the door (they did not seem to get clean) so we placed in the bottom tray; where it does take up space. We really like the sanitize setting.We are happy with the dishwasher so far.

Good washer but would consider a different design

I can fit our large cutting board in here, and the dishes are sparkling clean after the Normal cycle. The silverware holder on the door allows for more space in the main washer, but creates awkward situations where the silverware needs to be wrestled around the soap flap. Also, the slots in the silverware holder are not wide enough to fit the handles of our silverware, which I wouldn't say is particularly oversized. The workaround is to lift out the flap with the slots and just bunch it all in there, which can reduce the cleanliness. The front face of the dishwasher is sleek.

Quiet, efficient and does an excellent job!

I bought this after our dishwasher quit Thanksgiving morning. The first time we ran it we thought something was wrong, there wasn't any noise! I thought that the water wasn't working, but it was. Such a change from our last one. Was a little disappointed with having to purchase an adapter to hook up the water.
I would recommend this to a friend!
