Extremely quiet compared to old washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed this machine about a month ago so have only limited experience with it. There are several different cycles so it may take a while to try them all out. We have not seen any problems thus far. We replaced a 25 year old Whirlpool and are very happy with this machine's small amount of noise when running. The old washer was a lot quicker but also a lot noisier. The longer cycle time just means that we have to plan on running it overnight rather than whenever it occurred to us to turn it on. Let's hope it lasts as long as the old one.

disapointed in tines

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very disappointed! None of my everyday dishes fit in the dishwasher. The tines don't allow it. I tried my sisters dishes - same result! If the dinner plate has any curve or thickness it falls over. This leads to all the dishes cracking against each other! I can understand if a bowl is challenging to load but dinner plates should be a breeze. The adjustable tines are even worse! They are flimsy in any position. Also check the thickness of the handles of your flatware. Again any fat handles don't slide into the individual compartments for the flatware. I am giving it two stars because it does clean very well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cleans great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cleaning capability of this dishwasher is excellent. I do not care for the silverware tray in the door. It is difficult to put the utensils in and take them out. The running g cycle is 3 1/2 hours. It feels like it takes all day or all night. Dishes come out very clean and mostly dry.
