[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the new machine before Thanksgiving. It is our 3rd one of this series. Loved the new silverware spraying option- thought it would be a great new feature! Not so much :( I believe silverware was cleaned better in our old machine which had the basket in the door also. Everything else seems very good with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a 17 year old Kenmore. Hoping to get 17 out of this Whirlpool. So far I really llike it. Holds more dishes. Cleaned well. I am glad I bought it.

Quiet but time-consuming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whirlpool has mastered the noise-reduction of this model, but an average load takes 2 and a half hours to run and the utensil caddy often gets caught on the detergent dispenser.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quietness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only used it a couple of times & still have to get use to all the features. We have noticed that it takes additionally longer time to complete a load than the Kitchen Aide washer that it replaced

Doesn't work, front controls hard to read

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been out of town so haven't had time to call repair but serial number was very difficult to read. I have used the washer 3 times. Knives are not easy to load and front controls are hard to read
