[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked this model because of the special feature for cleaning silverware, the quiet operation, and the target clean option. My silverware handles won't fit through half of the holes in the silverware separator, so we use half for cleaning each spoon separately and those that the handles won't fit, we have to leave the top up. It is wonderfully quiet and cleans well. The target clean works very well on my casserole dishes. It was a little surprising how long the cycles take to finish (several hours), but the operation of it is supposed to be very efficient even though it takes longer.
