[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher in January, 2017 from Spencers. I live in a rural area where it is hard to get anyone to come for maintenance. The install was done professionally and in a timely manner and there have been zero problems with this dishwaser

Dishes wont dry

Dishes wont dry even on dry cycle, they are soaking wet. Therefore it takes a long time to empty dishwasher.

targetclean is GOLD!

I am impressed with my new Whirlpool Gold dishwasher with the TargetClean option. I make a lot of casseroles for dinner and love how clean my casserole dishes come out of the dishwasher after I use the TargetClean option! Even my slowcooker dish comes out spotless! Highly recommend this dishwasher!

Poor design

I ended up with this dishwasher as a consolation prize after the model I selected would not work out of the box. I bought this sight unseen as it was the newest version of my selected model. I can not fit my silverware into the far too tiny slots and when loaded the silverware block the dispensing of the dishwasher detergent. The machine is rated as quiet, but it runs so long you end up listening to water run into it for hours. The dishes must be scrubbed of any sticky residue or they will not come out clean. This is a very disappointing appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My old whirlpool dishwasher died after 15 years, which I considered very good and led me to purchase another whirlpool...so far so good as anticipated! Very quiet when it runs!

Disappointed

I am disappointed in my new Whirlpool stainless steel dishwasher. Water is left on the door after using the heat dry cycle . The separators on the silverware basket are too small to accommodate my standard silverware.
